Some centers release their patients as soon as they are cured while others do the same after keeping them under observation for some time.
Make sure that the facility also has provisions to indulge patients in activities which bring about a positive feeling in people so that traits such as determination, courage and confidence get inculcated. It can be very hard for someone who is newly out of an alcohol rehab center to adjust to the outer world. They need all the support they can and it is the responsibility of none other than the family members to provide the same.
